My client is a leading Australian non-bank lender who is looking for a General Manager, Construction Finance
to lead the division, reporting directly to the co-CEOs and Board. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the construction lending business and is pivotal in shaping strategy, managing a loan book, mitigating financial risks, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Develop and execute the Construction Finance strategy
- Oversee loan book management and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead a high-performing team and drive business growth
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the industry
- Ensure compliance, financial planning, and project profitability
- You will have significant experience in a similar role within the finance or construction industry
- Strong experience of the development requirements during post construction completion and selling of a construction project.
