About the Role
As a Principal Accountant/ Partner, you will be a key leader within the firm, responsible for managing an existing client portfolio while driving strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with other partners and senior management to ensure the firm’s continued success. Your role will include overseeing business development, strengthening client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of leaders within the firm. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality, risk management, and professional standards.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
  • Drive business growth through client acquisition and referrals to other service lines.
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction, financial planning, and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to senior staff and emerging leaders.
  • Oversee risk management, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Represent the firm at key business and community events.
  
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced professional with strong leadership capabilities and a track record of success in business services professional services. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering value to clients.
  
Key Criteria:
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • Registered Tax Agent.
  • Extensive experience in managing client service teams within a professional services firm.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards.
