- New Greenfield Multi-Year Digital Transformation Program
- Long Term Daily Rate Contract 12m+
- Assist the program and various squads with data mining activities
- Work with multiple stakeholders to elicit, capture, and document requirements, translating business needs into high-quality user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications for development
- Support the data squad by performing source-to-target mapping and ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements
- Conduct investigations into the current landscape, analyzing database queries, data flows, and business processes to provide recommendations and inputs into feature and application design
- Facilitate requirement workshops, Agile ceremonies, and backlog refinement sessions to define project scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements and identify potential gaps
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within processes, documentation, and project execution
Skills & Experience:
- Strong Core Business / Data Analysis Experience
- Banking experience is mandatory
- Understanding of data mapping and modelling principles including ETL and Event Streaming
- Proficient in data analytical tools MS SQL Server, Teradata, SAS
- Intermediate SQL is mandatory
- Adept at querying and report writing
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define data analysis goals and requirements
- Ability to translate complex datasets succinctly to summarise key findings and present information clearly to relevant stakeholders including senior leadership team
- Clear communication skills and an ability to interact with Senior stakeholders and technical stakeholders
