Role Overview:
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice on financial services law, investments, superannuation, and more. The role involves advisory and transactional work, including contract negotiation, structuring, and regulatory compliance. You'll work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in financial services
- Experience in top-tier or mid-tier law firms with transactional experience.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reviewing and drafting contractual documents and legal correspondence.
- Flexibility to adapt to new products, issues, and legislation.
- Excellent time management skills, customer service orientation, and practical problem-solving ability.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for contributing to the broader legal team and business initiatives.
