Role Overview
360 role with a strong emphasis on signing new terms of business and strengthening relationships with key clients and candidates. This role will specialise in recruitment of roles within the Wealth Management and Lending space. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Developing a client base within the Banking, Lending and Wealth Management industry
- Building up a deep and versatile pool of candidates to meet client requirements
- Match candidates to roles accurately and manage recruitment process effectively with excellent levels of customer service
- Managing existing key accounts
- Attending networking events
- Manage workflow and priortise effectively
- Working cohesively with other team members
- Min 5 years + recruitment experience
- Recent experience in an external recruitment setting focused on financial services
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of achieving strong billing results
- Highly developed relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
