Role Overview:
- Oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion.
- Work closely with four development squads and internal Tech Leads, with the opportunity to expand teams.
- Collaborate on a leading banking app, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.
- Identify and address systemic quality issues, leveraging your technical expertise.
- Manage and refine software development processes and tools to optimize performance.
- Develop proactive plans to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.
- Work across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting to project needs.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in software project delivery management.
- A strong technology background, including an understanding of code branching strategies and the software development lifecycle, CI / CD
- Technical management and solutioning skills, with the ability to drive development excellence.
- Experience with App development or digital projects
- Hands-on experience working within Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
